Ario offers guests an upscale steakhouse dining experience located in the JW Marriott hotel. The restaurant’s name is derived from the zodiac elements of Fire and Water and offers a dining experience one would expect to be consistent with a luxury hotel. Chef de Cuisine, Gerald Sombright, worked with some of the industry’s most recognizable chefs, including James Beard award winner Chef Lou Rook. See the Ario menu here.
The restaurant opens for dinner service from 6:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. Guests can start their meal with a selection of seafood appetizers, including a platter consisting of Lobster, King Crab, Gulf Shrimp, and Oyster.
Steak options include a selection of dry-aged cuts, including a 34-ounce Jackman Ranch Wagyu Tomahawk Ribeye for two. The restaurant will extend invitations to guests who want to tour the dry-ageing room.
The bar at Ario can prepare multiple classic and modern cocktails. The menu includes a selection of wine by the glass or bottle and several beer options are available. Guests celebrating a special occasion or looking for an incredible bottle of wine would be interested in the “Sommelier Picks of the Month” list.
The dessert menu consists of just three food options but a large selection of alcoholic beverages.
Complimentary valet is offered to visitors between 5:00 p.m. and 11:00 p.m.
A relatively new restaurant on Marco, the Sun King has not reviewed Ario yet. Stay tuned for his independent and unbiased assessment of this restaurant.
